I know what it’s like to struggle with health concerns and feel like everything you try falls flat. For years, I struggled with hormone imbalances and energy roller coasters. I was constantly researching, trying to find the information that would help me improve my health. From paleo and whole 30 to low carb and HIIT workouts to macro counting then intuitive eating, I felt like I tried it all with little success. I was tired, discouraged, less patient than I wanted to be, and more insecure than ever.
In one of my desperate bouts of online research I came across some Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. The way these NTPs talked about the body’s intricacies and resilience really struck me. I learned to see even things like hormonal dysregulation as reactions to foundational issues I could address. Since focusing on supporting these foundations of health, I have seen improved energy levels, more balanced hormones, and even better digestion (something I didn’t even realize was out of whack).
